In the last 5 years Mike has delivered project management training on every continent except Antarctica. He is passionate about making sure that project managers realise that no amount of project management software actually does any work; it is the human beings on the project team that do the work, and as many of them will be part-time and not under the authority of the project manager they need careful management.
