Sheila Stokes White is a strategic consultant and adviser with many years’ experience of working at senior levels across a wide range of organisations helping them to improve their governance, develop their leadership and create ethical cultures. She has designed and delivered bespoke programmes and in the process mentored key leaders across all sectors. She was chief adviser to a large-scale regeneration partnership where she advised the partnership board on the development of governance. Sheila was a non-executive director of an NHS Trust for 11 years and was managing director of a successful organisation development company for over a decade.
